At BacanaPR, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and a great shopping experience. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or faulty. Please make sure to check the sizes charts provided to ensure the size of the product is the correct one for you before purchasing.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order. If you fail to contact us within the expressed timeframe, the requested refund will be denied.

 You will be required to provide:

1. A clear description of the issue

2. Photographic evidence showing the damage or fault

Once we receive and review the evidence, we will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, such as a discount code or a refund.

Important Notes:

1. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging if a return is requested and approved.

2. If a return is approved, it will be refunded to the initial payment method used for purchasing the original item. Furthermore, all original transaction fees charged by  payment providers (e.g., credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the total will exclude these fees.

3. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the evidence provided does not clearly demonstrate a product fault or damage.
